Payment must be made using Google Checkout.

7% Sales Tax is applied to all Floridian Customers (FLORIDA STATE, MIAMI 7%)
Expect your product 7-10 business days after payment has been made. Sometimes the item can take up to 14 business days based on your state.
We do not guarantee Holidays delivery unless an appropriate service has been requested & purchased in advance.
We understand that your order may be time sensitive, but we are unable to process "Rush" orders. Please allow at least 2 days for processing. If you need to purchase for a special occasion you must order with plenty days in advance. You should contact us first to accommodate special orders, but do not expect to receive your items in 1 or 2 days unless an appropriate service has been requested and purchased. All items have to pass revisions, accounting & packaging before delivery.
Delivery confirmation is provided through the email you have provided us with Google Checkout. Those who have not received a delivery confirmation via email must contact us if package has not been received within 7-10 business days after payment has been made.
We use USPS as a shipping method and we might use any other at our convenience.

Refund & Exchange policy
Due to the nature of fragrances there is no refund or return policy available. *You have 10 days to return your items for exchange if they are "defective only".
However, we do accept returns, refunds or exchanges for sunglasses.
